Monthly Sales Report

Digital Collaboration Manager | Wilhelmsen Ships Service | Dec 2025 - Feb 2025

The original 100+ page 'Monthly Sales Report' was time-consuming, difficult to read, and inconsistently formatted, leading to a communication gap when discontinued

In January 2025, I led the development of a revamped Monthly Sales Report using Jira and Teams. Posts are submitted via Jira, moderated by the Sales Operations team, and sent to the corresponding Teams Channel. The goal is to transition moderation to individuals closer to content creation and utilize AI for auto summaries and triaging

The new report, with clear guidelines, user-friendly interfaces, and automations, is easier to produce, ensures consistent quality, and delivers concise, actionable insights—enhancing collaboration and transparency between sales and product team
